TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT:
You
must use your email address and create a password to input into the software
to remove search engines and to create a browser bubble over the computer
monitor. You will also use your email address/password combination to access
your account.
We Do Not Sell your Email Data. We Do Not Download with our Software any
form of Spyware or Tracking programs.
Master Children Speakers can be added or deleted at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for any direct or
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out
of or related to this software program, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
The provisions of this section survive
termination or expiration of the Agreement. There are no refunds of software
fees paid. You agree to waive any and all claims against the company, its
affiliates, its employees, its fundraisers, and its independent contractors.
The websites that were put into the
database did not have search engine tool bars on their websites at the time
that the websites were added to the database. However the website could of
course add a search engine bar to its website after we have put it into our
database. We rely on our membership base to notify us when this happens and
we then remove the website from our database. Of course you can add that
site to your favorites folder if you do not object to your child having
search engine access from that site.
